Who we are
Freshers Cocktail Week is the trading name for this event website. Contact us at hello@fresherscocktailweek.co.uk.
What we collect
City interest / waitlist emails, purchase details (name, email, order data), support enquiries, optional newsletter subscriptions, and technical logs needed to secure the site.
Why we use it
To fulfil orders, send confirmations and ticket reminders, answer support requests, prevent fraud, and - with consent - measure marketing performance and show relevant ads (including via Meta using hashed email where you have opted in).
Payments
Card payments are processed by Stripe. We do not store full card numbers on our servers.
