Collection points and times are announced closer to each city edition, typically by early September for autumn Freshers weeks. If you have bought a wristband, we also email location and times nearer the time. Bring the barcode or QR from your confirmation email; staff will scan it and hand over your wristband. If you bought more than one, each code collects its own wristband.

Yes. As long as you have their confirmation barcode or QR ready to scan, you can collect on their behalf.

Participating venues and what’s on offer are listed on each city page on this website. Closer to the week we may also publish a digital guide - and if a printed guide is available, you can usually pick it up when you collect your wristband.

It is a multi-city festival. Each city has its own dates, venues and wristband. Pick your city on the homepage to see what’s live, for example York Freshers 2026.

Hours vary by venue and day. Check each venue’s own website or socials for the most up-to-date times before you go.

Open your city page and visit Venues for the live list. More partners may be added as the edition gets closer.

Your wristband is valid for the full published dates of that city edition - flash it throughout the week at participating venues.

Show your Freshers Cocktail Week wristband to staff when you arrive and when you order or pay to unlock £5 cocktails. That’s it - no app required.

Many venues offer vegan-friendly options. Where we publish a guide, vegan drinks are highlighted; otherwise ask staff - they will know what is available that night.

Wristband purchases are non-refundable. If something goes wrong with payment or your confirmation email, contact hello@fresherscocktailweek.co.uk with your order reference and we will help.
